We add a Sol-Ark inverter to connect what you already have into one smart system. Your generator runs hours instead of days. Your solar works when the grid is down. Your battery pays for itself.
During the last multi-day outage, you realized a generator is only as good as your fuel supply. It runs non-stop, it's loud, and you're making fuel runs while the roads are a mess.
You spent thousands on solar, but the moment the grid goes down, your panels stop producing. By law, they have to. So the one time you really need them, they do nothing.
Rates went up again. They'll go up next year too. Your solar helps in summer, but you're still writing big checks in winter, and there's no protection against what comes next.
We add the "brains" to your existing setup. A Sol-Ark hybrid inverter connects your solar, battery, and generator into one system that manages itself.
Solar panels? Generator? Both? Neither? We start from where you are, not where a salesperson wants you to be.
You get a custom layout with exact components, pricing, and what you'll save. No mystery. No hidden costs.
Our partner, Osprey Electrical, handles all the wiring and permits. Usually done in 1-2 days.
The system manages power automatically. Solar charges your battery, battery runs your home, generator kicks in only when truly needed.

Safety
We use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries — the safest chemistry available. LFP cells don't experience thermal runaway the way lithium NMC batteries do.
Sol-Ark has zero CPSC recalls and zero reported fire incidents. Their inverters are UL 1741 SA listed and designed for safe operation in grid-tied and off-grid modes.
Why this matters: Tesla recalled 10,500 Powerwall 2 units in 2025 for fire risk. LG Chem recalled 10,000+ home batteries — twice — for the same. Both use NMC chemistry. We chose LFP specifically because it eliminates this risk.
Your battery silently powers your home while the neighbors' generators roar all night. When the battery needs a top-up, the generator runs for a couple hours, then shuts off again.
In a multi-day outage, a standalone generator burns through a full tank in 8-12 hours running non-stop. With a battery doing the heavy lifting, that same tank lasts 3-4 days.
Connected Solutions pays you $275 per kW per year for 5 years just for having a battery. A single-battery system earns ~$1,375/year. Two batteries earn ~$2,750/year. Plus 0% financing through Mass Save covers most of the battery cost.
Right now, your solar panels shut off when the grid goes down. With a Sol-Ark inverter, they keep producing and charge your battery. The system you paid for finally works when you need it most.
Eversource rates go up every year. Once your system is installed, a big chunk of your electricity comes from your own roof, stored in your own battery. That price never goes up.
The Sol-Ark app shows you exactly what's happening — what your solar is producing, what your battery is holding, what your home is using. Real-time, from anywhere.
A generator is part of the solution. But by itself, it's expensive to run, loud, and does nothing 364 days a year.

*Residential homeowners lost the 30% federal tax credit (Section 25D) as of Jan 1, 2026. However, if adding new solar, a lease or PPA structure lets a financing company claim the 48E credit and pass savings to you as lower payments. Commercial properties get the best deal: 30% ITC + 100% bonus depreciation can cut effective cost by 40-55%. Contact us for commercial pricing. All rates confirmed at time of proposal.
